Your Body Type and Ayurveda

If you answered yes to a couple of those questions, according to Ayurveda, you are a “Vata” body type.

Vata bodies have air and space as their key elements, housing some liked and disliked qualities. You may have a dry, cold, and mobile mind and body. In order to relax your nervous system, try intaking warm foods and drinks. Another great way to minimize anxiety would be to maintain a daily schedule and keep organized, reducing Vata and encouraging whole tranquility.
